Source standard
Product capabilities, limits, and prices are checked against current vendor pages or documentation. Independent reporting and trade sources add context. Sources appear at the end of each guide.
Testing claims
We do not describe desk research as a product test. A guide will name the account, date, scenario, and method when hands-on testing occurs.
Comparison method
Products are measured against the same decision criteria within an article. Those criteria come from the reader's job: recurring route management, estimate consistency, crew adoption, integrations, total cost, or another stated need.
Automation and review
Software assists research, drafting, link checks, and scheduled updates. Publication gates reject unsupported facts, invented citations, duplicate topics, and generic content with no distinct contribution.
Money and rankings
An affiliate relationship does not determine inclusion, rank, or verdict. Paid links are disclosed and marked as sponsored. We may recommend a product that pays nothing.
